Default Printing Contact List

I need three types of lists that can be viewed and printed as follows, and
each list must be printable.

List One:
Must be able to create a list with selected.
Column One: Last Name, First Name.
About a half-inch space between column one and column two.
Column Two: email address.

List Two:
Must be able to create a list with selected contacts.
Must be in a "table" format, one header to span the length of the table with
the Date and Year.
Three columns wide, ten rows down. Each cell with include First Name Last
Name and mobile number. Some of the cells will need to be customized and
include more or less information that must be manually inserted (is not part
of the contact card information).

List Three:
Three Columns needed, half inch between each column
Column One: Last Name, First Name
Column Two: Mobile Number
Column Three: Email Address

thanks!

Default Printing Contact List

I would use mail merge to Word for all these scenarios.
