When I put in a new company, the "File As" field puts what it wants to
sometimes truncating part of the name and will not put it as I would like it. How can I fix this? It makes it difficult to look up the correct business |

Outlook v2003. As far as properties, I don't quite understand but I can give
you an example of what its doing. When the name of the business is American General Finance it truncates 'American' and just give me 'General Finance' or the one I just got this morning 'Anything for the Home' and it gives me 'Home' and theirs nothing I can do to fix it "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: We would need to know your Outlook version and the properties you designated for the File As... field. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Vanessa" wrote in message ...
