Default ActiveSnyc problem

I have a Jornada 540 Pocket PC that I have used for several years. With
ActiveSnyc 4.5 everything syncs up except my e-mail. It doesn't even show up
as an option to select for snycing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the
software a few times, but doesn't seem to help.

Is Acitivesnyc 4.5 not compatible with my device? Seems odd since
everything else works. Is it the e-mail function of Outlook? Calendar,
notes etc. all work. Am I missing something in the set up? Software?

Thanks for any suggestions.
