I have Vista 64 Ultimate and Office 2003. My Brother MFC scans fine when I
use Windows Fax and Scan, but when I used Document Imaging I get an error message that there was a problem with the feeder. Yet the document was on the glass so no feeder was involved. This happens every time. So the Brother is ok, the problem is with Document Imaging. Also, when I try to import a .jpg into Document Imaging I get an error that I need to uninstall Document Imaging and reinstall it. I have done so with the setup of Office, but there is no difference. |
