I'm using Outlook 2007 and connecting with an Exchange 2007 server. I
upgraded from the 2003 versions of both. After I create a new email and click in the "To..." button, the Select Names: Contacts windows comes up. I click on Contacts in the dropdown box and my contacts show up. Here's where it gets interesting. Many (almost 1/2) of my 2000 contacts do not show a name or display name, only an email address, even though that information is in their record when I look them up in the contacts system directly. Further, when I click on a record, only a . (period) shows up in the To - field. By the way, I am also connecting to the same exchange server with a MacBook and a Pocket PC, both of which work perfectly. Got any ideas? -- Mark |
