Default OL 2000 - Some Names Could Not be added to the Personal Address Bo

Outlook 2000 SP3:

I have a user who is trying to add a contact from the GAL to his Persoanl
Address Book. If I try it on our test machines it works. Our process is as
follows:

1. Open a new message.
2. Click on the 'To' field
3. Search the GAL for a user, right click on the email ID and select Add to
personal Address Book.

Then we get the error.

I thought maybe his PAB file is corrupt, but I tried it with a new one and I
get the same thing.

I have unsinatlled and re-installed Outlook, all of office and ran Detect
and repair.

Any and all suggestions are very much appreciated.

Thank you to those who read, research and/or reply.

PAB's were deprecated in Outlook 2000 and are now not supported at all. User
should be adding to a Contacts Folder, not a PAB. PAB's are obsolete.
