I am having problems displaying Thai text in contacts within MS Outlook 2003.
I have installed the appropriate language files and have no problems displaying and typing Thai text in all other applications, including Word, Excel etc. I have also gone into contact options in Outlook and checked the 'Show an additional Contacts Index' box, however this still does not correct the problem.(The additional contacts icon is also not displayed in the contacts section) I can input Thai text when creating a new contact, however this changes to ??? ??? once I 'save and close' the new entry. All Thai contacts that are transferred from my pocket PC are also displayed this way. I assume that something has not been copied over when installing outlook I am now at a total loss! any ideas? |
