Default e-mail field goes blank

For some reason, Outlook erased my contact information for one of my entries.
I have re-entered it, and now the e-mail field will not save. I type in the
information, and it disappears when I either tab or click on another field.

I tried deleting the contact and starting from scratch, and I also rebooted.
For some odd reason, it just does not want to save this particular e-mail
address.
