I have the same problem as someone did ion an earlier post, but I need a
better solution that offered in it. When clicking on the To: (or CC, or BCC) filed, the contacts folder does not appear as a selection. I followed Microsot Help's suggestion of going to the folder's properties, Address book tab, and checking the "show this file as an email Address book, but that item is visible, but grayed out. The previous post's suggestion was to create a new contacts folder and see if it will work with it. I would rather FIX the problem than create a new folder. Can anyone tell me how to do this? |
