I have a two part question, a little history, we use Outlook 2003 with an
Exchange Server 2003. I have one person that maxes out his outlook mailbox size. 1st question, if you delete an email with an attachment that was located in your deleted folder -does that attachment delete also - or is it stored someplace forever. 2nd question, can you save emails out of the outlook file? and how can you? |

The former. Attachments are a part of the message. 2nd question, can you save emails out of the outlook file? and how can you? Drag a message to a Windows folder or open a message and click FileSave As. -- Brian Tillman |
