Default Outlook 2007: No Drag Contact to Calendar

Hello,

My setup may be to blame, and if so I apologize to MS in advance!

I am very disappointed that in Outlook 2007 I can no longer drag a contact
over to my calendar to create an appointment. In 2003 an appointment with
all of the contact data would be created for me, now a blank appointment with
absolutely no data is created :-(

If this is true; What is Microsoft thinking by de-featuring an upgrade!

Now to create an appointment from a contact, I have to open the contact and
go to the "Move To" menu and choose "Copy To" and then select Calendar.

After all of that, I have to close the contact... what a hassle!

Am I missing something or did Microsoft blow it?

Hopefully it's me and there is a quick remedy!

Thanks in advance for your assistance :-)

Default Outlook 2007: No Drag Contact to Calendar

Hello All,

Well Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] helped me and I am thankful. I also
apologize for my critisism of MS.

Right Click and Drag gives you the options to do what I wanted, which was
just a normal Drag and Drop with Outlook 2003.

Thanks All!
