Default Problem with using Contacts

I recently changed computers and moved my .PST file accross. All appeared to
be OK, in that my contacts are there. However, if I go to create a new mail
message, clicking on the To... button, it should show names from "Contacts"
but this is empty, and I can't figure out a way of finding them. Help!

Answer requires knowing your Outlook version which you failed to post. No
question has been answered more often than this one in this group. Find one
that matches your version. You simply forgot to configure the Outlook
Address Book Service.
