I want to add my contacts to show last name, first name, company name in the
file as. I know I can change each one.. but is there a way to change them all so they display like that.. I really don't want to go through 1000 plus contacts and change that.. Please let me know. |

You could do it by exporting to Excel making the changes by manipulating the
column data and then importing. -- Neil "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote in message ... No you can't. The designated File as field format is not applied when you
import Contacts. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Remove ABCD from Email address to reply" wrote in message ...
