I've been having a problem now for awhile. When I go to my contact
tab to see or get a # or address, I can only see what is in the contact tab like Name's, File name's, Number's. When I try to open the contact to get all the info on that contact, it try's to open but you only see a line or 2 from the contact lay out that it's trying to open , Then all of Outlook closes w/out opening the contact to see it. Then it asks for me to send the problem to Microsoft and say's that Outlook has encountered a problem and has to close. But I don't see a problem code at all. Also when I try to add a new contact it does the same thing as if I wanted to open a contact that I already have. I have read some posts in here and tried some of them but I don't understand some of them, so I never finish going thru with any of them. If any one can help me can I ask you to please explain how to fix the problem in a little more detail then you might think is necessary. I am trying to learn this computer stuff but I’m not that good at it. -- Thanks for any of your help, MyGreatR8s.com |
