In the Advanced Toolbar of Contacts -- the last button is AutoPreview. In all
my research -- it talks about AutoPreview in Mail, but not in Contacts. I've toggled it many times and don't see a difference. What is it supposed to do? It's not showing multilines. Thanks. -- Meryl http://www.meryl.net/blog/ |

Am in Phone List view. Maybe the question to ask -- what information appears
on the 2nd and 3rd lines in AutoPreview of a contact? -- http://www.meryl.net/blog/ "Judy Gleeson (MVP Outlook)" wrote: it does for me. I am on version 2007 in Phone List view. That's it! I didn't have any notes (yet), so that's why I thought I was
losing my mind. ![]() -- http://www.meryl.net/blog/ "Judy Gleeson (MVP Outlook)" wrote: Notes field. ie what's in the white space of the Contact. I write notes of my last conversation there.
