On my old computer I have Outlook 2007 and I want to back-up my contact list
and import it onto my new computer with Outlook 2007 - how do I do it? |

You don't. Outlook does not keep a separate "Contact list." All data is in
one file. Open that file in the new installation and either reuse it or copy what you want from it. Never import Outlook data. The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
