How to send message to SOME in a category?
In Outlook 2003, how can I quickly create a new e-mail message to some, but
not all, of the contacts in a given category? I usually don't want to e-mail everyone in a category--just most of them. And it's a pain to try to delete the unwanted addresses from the address bar!

How to send message to SOME in a category?
select only the Contacts you want to send to. If you are viewing them
grouped By Category, Ctrl Click to deselect the ones you don't want after selecting the whole Category. I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
