I have a Windows XP Vaio using Outlook 2003 with SP2. Due to back up and
reinstall issues, I now have duplicate contacts. I tried exporting to the desktop the pst file of contacts, deleting the contacts in outlook and then importing them back checking the box do not import duplicate contacts, but they are still there. Any ideas? -- Thanks, JG |

Thank you very much, but I was hoping to do this without third party software
if at all possible. -- Thanks, JG "Oliver Vukovics" wrote: Hi JG, on this site are some 3rd party tools to delete duplicates: http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contacts.htm#dupes Maybe it helps. -- Oliver Vukovics Share your Outlook PST files without Exchange: Public ShareFolder Synchronize your Outlook/Exchange: Public SyncTool http://www.publicshareware.com "JG" schrieb im Newsbeitrag ... Outlook cannot do this. That's why third party developers developed the
utilities in the first place. Suggest using them. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "JG" wrote in message news ![]() Thank you very much, but I was hoping to do this without third party software if at all possible. -- Thanks, JG "Oliver Vukovics" wrote: Hi JG, on this site are some 3rd party tools to delete duplicates: http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contacts.htm#dupes Maybe it helps. -- Oliver Vukovics Share your Outlook PST files without Exchange: Public ShareFolder Synchronize your Outlook/Exchange: Public SyncTool http://www.publicshareware.com "JG" schrieb im Newsbeitrag ...
