In previous edition of Outlook the CONTACTS field was on the default page 1
of the default contacts form. About 7 years ago I took an Outlook class and the instructor didn't know how to use that field so I am not surprised users may not have known how to use this incredible field. I can find it clicking ALL FIELDS but I want it on the main contact form. I know how to create custom forms and when I have created a new contact from a custom form screen the CONTACTS field is still there. I have only had office 2007 for about a month and am spending about 30 min a day going thru the tutorials so maybe I'll eventually discover a better way to access this super field that to me is now almost hidden. I could copy this new cool default form and then always create new contacts in my copied form but contacts I create from email ADD TO OUTLOOK CONTACTS would surface in the default form and I would have to copy paste the info to my form. I'd never remember to do that. |
