Using Outlook 2003 with Win XP and do not have very many emails yet (less
than 200), and no journal or calendar notes etc. Emails are auto sorted into two inboxes with some then dragged into relevant folders when read (all foldes under Personal Folders). However when checking Contact; Activities tab it takes forever for the list to populate, if at all. I never receive an error message, it just keeps searching. Strange because sometimes it is instantaneous, but there seems to be no order as to why. Am I doing something wrong? Should I do something to help point it to the correct place? Why does it sometimes populate and other times not for the same contact? Thanks for your help A Taxed Mind |
