Default How do I sync person A's contacts with person B's?

The president of our company adds poeple to her contacts list daily. Some
times they don't show up on her assistants list. Itis shared. Any ideas on
how to sync these?
The only thing I can think of is that maybe the pres. is adding these poeple
when she is away from the office and not on our network.

After furious head scratching, Scott asked:
