I am in Outlook 2003 and and am having trouble getting my new email messages
to read my Contacts List when I click the To button in the new message. I get the message "This Address Book Could Not Be Displayed...." and then when I hit OK, I get the Select Name box. and in the Show Names From box it shows the two Contact Lists that I copied into Outlook 2003 from OL 2000. and when I click on either of these two items, my Contacts appear. How do I get these Contacts to appear when I hit thew To button in the new message and therefore be able to avoid going through these extra steps. I had it working the way I wanted originally, but I hit something when I was "playing around, and now I can;t get it to work right. Thanks for any help!!!!!! |

First, if you have a Contact Folders listed there that is no longer valid
and generates an error message, you can remove it he Tools E-mail accounts View or change existing directories or address books Outlook Address Book Change. Second, you can easily set which folder appears first in the address book he Address Book Tools Options. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Chuck" wrote in message ...
