Hi
I have imported contacts downloaded from a dbf file to an excel spreadsheet. Problem 1: -Most of the data is OK but the email addresses are truncated to one character. Problem 2: I cannot get the contacts to sort by FirstName Last Name. They have sorted by Last Name First Name and the only way I have been able to rectify is by changing each contact individually. I have set my preferences in the Options to my required preference. I am Using Outlook XP |
