Default Syncronising contacts

Hi i have a Qtek 9100 and would really like to edit and change all my
contacts i would like to them first to get across to my outlook and then to
set up the sync if anybody could help me it would be much appreciated i dont
really now how to use this but if you could e-mail me at
i think id have to kiss you i have being trying it
for days and am considering just giving up!!! please help meeee thank you

Default Syncronising contacts

This is not an Outlook issue. Synchronization is only supported by the
manufacturer of your device and its synchronization software.

Since a QTek 9100 appears to be a Windows Mobile device, then either
ActiveSync (for WIndows XP, 1000) or WIndows Vista Sync Center should work.
