Hi all,
I re-post the same question here, after a wrong post in exchange group: is possible, from owa, save a DL like an .msg file??? My problem is that the DL looks like corrupted if i try to open it vie Outlook, but via OWA work fine. So for divide it into more than one smaller DL I need to save it. Thanks ziof3ster |

No, it is not possible to save any item from OWA as an .msg file.
Perhaps you'd like to share what version of Outlook you're using and what "DL looks like corrupted" actually means? -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx wrote in message ups.com... Ok Sue, thanks for the answer.
Exaclty the problem is that I have shared contact on public folder in an anbient with Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook Prof 2003. One DL in this shared folder, when I open it , from all the Outlook clients, give me this error: " Cant open, not enough memory on the exchange server to perform the operation" I've tried with the hotfix of Microsoft, at this link (not is the exact problem but i hoped that was ok) http://support.microsoft.com/kb/894530/en-us but doesn't work... I noticed that if i try to open the DL with OWA, I can open it...so I want divede it in more than one, and I need to save it.. this is the scenario... Can you create a copy in either Outlook or OWA? If so, then edit each copy. If not, I think the only solution will be to copy addresses out manually, then use them to create a new DL.
