Default no scroll bar for contacts

When I try to enter information to my contacts it won't let me scroll down.
I have to make it a full page and it still doesn't all fit in my screen...
there for I can't fill out all of the form. Is there a way to fix this? (add
a scroll bar or I guess shring the form in the window so I can see it all?)

You have posted no necessary information. We don't know your Outlook
version, the method you are using to enter Contact information, the view you
are using, or anything else for that matter. Your problem is not likely an
Outlook issue.

It's for Outlook 2007. I click on add contact and the form pops up to enter
content information.

Might want to check to see that your screen resolution is set to a standard
setting. No one has reported any similar problems.

Click on "Add Contact" where? What window are you viewing when you do that?
