Outlook 2003 ps2
Normally when I create a new message I can choose a name or copy to someone else with the SELECT NAMES dialogue that appears from which I can select CC and BCC recipients. There are suddenly no names appearing. All my 800 plus contacts are still in CONTACTS, but they are no longer recognized by this dialogue box. Can anyone help me remedy this issue so that they appear as usual? Thanks in advance, |

I am having the same problem. I followed all of the instructions on the link
you gave: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287563/en-us I thought it would work, as my "show this folder as an email address book" box was unchecked. However, I have checked it and my contacts folder names are still not appearing when I try to select them to send an email. Any other suggestions? I really need to send out an email to a list of names tonight. Brian Tillman |
