Hi,
I am encountering address issue in the mailing/business address field display order in Outlook 2003, please see an example as shown below: If a address is maintained in this order, Street: 5-2-1 Ginza City: Chuo-ku State/Province: Tokyo ZIP/Postal code: 170-3293 country/Region: Japan then the mailing/business address would display as: 170-3293 Tokyo Chuo-ku 5-2-1 Ginza Japan But if the country is changed to Singapore for instance, where the rest has remains unchanged, then Outlook would re-arrange the mailing/business address order automatically as follows: 5-2-1 Ginza Chuo-ku Tokyo 170-3293 Singapore Question: Please advice how to make the mailing/business address display order consistence per the latter sample shown above across all contacts, despite the country/Region is maintains differently? Thank you for your reply. |
