Our company uses Exchange Server, and I have set up several other computers
so that their Contacts are shared - but within their Contacts folders there are subfolders - how do I manage to see the folders and the contents? I have "owner" or "Publishing Editor" permission on these folders - and one of the items that permissions cover is "Create Subfolders" In my Outlook, I see a list of Contacts in the left pane, at the bottom is "Other Contacts" and the list of computers that have shared with me is there - but I can't see any of the Subfolders. |

i think that this is solved - what i was told to do was not only to share the contacts folder on the other compter, but to actually share the entire mailbox (even if the permission level on the whole pst file is set to "none") and then it will appears in my folder list along with public folders, archives etc. i also found it at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...134811033.aspx - but it took a lot of looking and the help within outlook was useless - all i could do was share the contacts folder and have it appears as "other contacts" but without the subfolders.
