Frequently send messages to work Group but only need a read receipt from a
few of them. Is there a way to tag certain individuals in my contact list to ALWAYS generate a read Receipt so that only they will generate the receipt. This shold work for individual messages as well as those sent to a group. I notice a flag in the "ALL DATA" for contacts that should accomplish this but see no way to change the flag. |

Outlook has no such per-contact setting.

if you follow the String.... {Highligh a Contact}... Click on "FILE" -
"Properties" - "All Fields" - "All Mail Fields" - and look down the list there is a "Receipt Requested". All the Contacts currently have a "NO" in this field. What is it used for.? This is the field I was inquiring about. Thanks... It's not used for anything for contacts. You picked that field from the All Mail Fields. It applies only to mail messages, not contacts.
