I have a Contacts list in Outlook 2003.
I can open each contact and change the "file as " option.
Is there a way to execute that command accross all of my contacts so that I
don't have to open each one individually and make the change?
Thank you

You can also click tools, options, mail set up, email accounts, view/change
existing directories or address books, change and click the radio button for
last name first!

No, you can`t. This will only change the view in the address book but
not change the field "File As".
