Default LDAP as default

Is it possible in outlook 2003 and 2007 set as default the ldap search when I
press CTRL+K, or be able to search firstly on the ldap and secondly on the
contact locally stored.
I know that I can click on TO: and then change the search scope on LDAP and
find, but it requires too many clicks for some managers...
Thanks a lot all.

Did you try opening the Address Book interface and clicking TooolsOptions?
