When sending messages to people in my contact folder I have found that some
people receive the message in plain text. I have tracked it down to the fact that the email internet format is set to "send plain text only" and I can change the drop down box to "let outlook decide" and the html messages work ok. Problem is that I have a very large contact database and I cannot seem to find a way to display which contact email address is set to plain text without clicking on each individual email address.... since this is time consuming is there a way to DISPLAY each address and its setting? thanks. |
