Default GAL display names

I've setup a couple users where they show up in the GAL as First Name Last
Name but every other user is Last Name, First Name. I changed their Display
Name in AD Users/Computers to reflect Last, First but it still doesn't show
up in Outlook's GAL. Do I need to flush the GAL in Outlook? If so, how?

tks,
steve
