Global Address Book
Right now in our global address book birthdays are in the notes section. Is
there a way to add birthdays so they will show up as reminders on the calendar.

Global Address Book
There's no built-in connection between any data in the Global Address Book and the calendar folder. You'd need to add the person as an Outlook contact with a birthday.
