I use Outlook 2003. I update contacts and then forward them to co-workers.
If I use the forward command, when they save the contact they are not asked if they want to replace the old contact information (as is the case when entering contacts) so they end up with duplicates. If I forward the contact as a vcard, the "file as..." field is not in the correct format and the categories field is empty. I also tried inserting them as Outlook Items in an RTF message and the duplicates were added. Is there a solution? |
