I need to create a custom contact form and have it available to all users in
Publc Folders. Is it possible to have specific fields within the form set with different levels of access? For example, I need to hide personal cell phone numbers from everyone except for the 'bosses'. If so, how? Thanks, Tom |

You would need to code a form to do this - you may want to post "down the
hall" in one of the programming groups. You can also see http://www.outlookcode.com for some code samples or peer support for what you are trying to do. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Outlook does not have any capability to hide data in individiual fields from certain users. If users can view items in a folder, they can see all the data stored in those items.
