Default email a distribution list

Hi there. Is there a way that I can email a distribution list as 1 file,
rather than each contact in the list being attached in my email. I'm trying
to shortcut the recipient having to click on all 60 contacts individually to
save them.

thanks

Create a new Rich Text mail message and drag the DL to it as an attachment.

I tried that already but all I get is the first contact in my distribution
list which is highlighted by default. That process has only copied the 1
contact, not all in the DL.

Make sure your message format is RTF and insert the DL as an Outlook Item
instead of dragging it to the message.
