In a specific contact I used to have the actionsschedule appointment option.
For some reason that I cannot figure out that option has disappeared from the menu options. Any suggestions for how to correct this? Eric |

Not without knowing your Outlook version, information store, and the changes
you made that made this option "disappear." I've never seen this option. I do have a "New Appointment with Contact" in the Actions menu in my current version. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Eric" wrote in message ... I am running Outlook 2003 with business contact manager. I am also running
2003 on a laptop at work. The laptop has these options on the Actions menu, my dektop does not have it. I have tried resetting all tolbars and menus with no effect. What are you referring to my information store? PST file or Exchange Server? Once we tease out all the information, we can
at least tell you which group to post in. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Eric" wrote in message ... I am running Outlook 2003 with business contact manager.
