Default Getting back a deleted distribution list

I accidentally deleted a distribution list called "customers" a week ago. I
have a copy of my PST file from around a month ago, and since no changes
have been made to this distribution list in that period, I would like to
somehow import or copy the distribution list from the old PST file. What do
I have to do?
