I'm using Office 2003 on a Windows Vista computer. This morning I tried to
export my contacts to a Windows CSV file and I got the message that the translator needed to produce the file was not installed and asked if I wanted to install it. Of course I said "yes" and the instllation of the translator appeared to start. A few seconds later another message appeared saying that file SKU111.cab couldn't be found. I was prompted to provide the installation CD for Office so I did that. Even though the missing file is on the CD the instllation file refuses to do anything with it. I highlight the file L:\SKU111.cab (my cd drive is L) and click OK the window flashes and goes back to the same browser screen asking for the location of the cabinet file. Can anyone shed any light on this problem? Thanks, Cec Britton |
