I have a User that was using Outlook XP. Somebody on her team created acustom
form and had it added into everybody PC on her team. They have since stopped using the form but i cannot seem to start a new contact in her outlook without it grabbing this form. I have since 1. Cleared the Forms cache 2. Removed from custom Forms. 3. Created a new Outlook Profile 4. Installed Office 2003 5. Had our guys swap out her PC altogether It still grabs this custom Form that she does not want to use anymore. Any Ideas about how to get rid of this form. |

Did you check the settings for her contacts folder to see if that form is set as its default? Also check the registry for entries in the HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Custom Forms key.

Thanks that fixed it. IT was still set in there to use that form. So i guess
that is a server side settign that it used. "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Did you check the settings for her contacts folder to see if that form is set as its default?
