Default Select all related email addresses

I don't want to have to create distribution lists for a single contact with
multiple emails.

The tip for selecting the contact will work well when I only need to send to
one contact.

Thank you. This was helpful.

You'd have to create a distribution list with all the addresses in it. Alternatively, select the contact in the Contacts folder, then choosing Actions | New Message to Contact.

Many of my contacts in my Outlook 2003 contacts folder have more than
one email address i.e., email 1 and email 2 in the contact card. I
would like to be able to have Outlook automatically populate the To:
line of a new email message with all of the associated email
addresses within the email field for a contact when I type their name
in the To: line.

What about when you're trying to write to more than one contact? It
only populates the To: field with the primary email address. Is there
a way to change this?

Thanks,

Dan
