Default contact managing in outlook2003

Hello again. I have been looking at so many offerings online that I need a
little un biased rational thinking,

I am a marketer and I prefer online marketing, I like outlook and the way it
stores contact info. and keeps track of all emails etc. etc.

A lot if not all Auto responders come with some form of AR but they usually
suck compared to outlook and if you cannot connect you are stuck!

So if I cannot find an all in one tool as in AR/CRM that sync s with outlook.
I need a good Auto responder and use outlook maybe with contact manager.

In that case is it possible to take all my contacts or groups of my contacts
and convert them to CSV or TAB to move them into the AR???? WHew!

Please send help.

That's quite easy. Click FileImport and ExportExport to a file. Select
"Comma Separated Values (Windows)" or "Tab Separated Values (WIndows)"
