Outlook allows you to download business card templates. But once you down
load the Template, you can only use it for the contact you are setting up.
Is there no way to save this Template for latter use? I can't seem to find
any documents to support how this is done?

No, there's isn't any way to do that. The description of these downloads as templates is misleading.

This isn't the most effecient way, but it works.

1) Download the "template"
2) Erase all contact information
3) Right-click on the business card image
4) Select Copy Image
5) Open PowerPoint 2007
6) Paste image
7) Right-click on image and select "save image".
8) To use this image, add it like any other image in Contacts.

As I said, not very efficient, but it works.
