Contacts in Outlook 2007
Microsoft have a Help item called "Contacts are missing when I cllick the TO,
Cc, or Bcc buttons" that describes the problem I have butdoes not solve the problem. I can follow their advice as far as to "Reset Oultook Address Book settings" and I get as far as Step 2.1 but cannot remove the Outlook Address Book as the Remove function is greyed out. What else can I do?

That was great advice, thanks.
It looks like everything is how I expected it to be. Is it now safe to remove the original profile? What happens if I leave it?
