We had a contact in the Global Contacts List by the name of Paula F. Daniels
with the initials of PFD. Paula got married and her new name is Paula F. Simpson with the initials of PFS. Although I've changed everything in Active Directory to reflect her new name, when I type "R" on the To: line in Outlook, it autocompleted Paula F. Simpson pfd. I want it to have her actual initials and complete as Paula F. Simpson pfs, but I can't for the life of me figure out where pfd is coming from. I thought it was in the cache so I deleted my .NK2 file and sent her a new email message. Then, the next time I typed "R" on the To: line in Outlook, it autocompleted Paula F. Simpson pfd again. I also tried to use my arrow key to select it and press delete. This didn't help either. Any assistance someone can offer would be greatly appreciated. |
