Default Lost connection to Contacts with Outlook emails

Installed Office 2007, didnt' like it, un-install 2007, and re-installed 2003.

Problem - Outlook email (new, reply or forward) couldn't find Contacts
anymore. All Contacts data is still in Contacts module.

Question - how can I connect Contacts to Outlook email system?
