Hi
Outlook Support Newbie Alert. Please be gentle... I am running multiple standalone instances of Outlook 2003 on WinXP Pro. I want to have a central/server contacts list that includes distribution lists maintained by an administrator. Is there a way to do this without installing new software? Cheers Alec |

Is there a reason you don't want to use Exchange Server? The only reason
Outlook exists is to be the client for Exchange Server. Anything else Outlook might try to do is a poorly implemented afterthought. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Alec" wrote in message ... Perhaps you are asking for a way to share Outlook data without using
Exchange. I know of no good ones. If all you want to share is Contact data, on this site is an article on various ways to share Outlook data: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...477571033.aspx You will also find a list of third-party sharing tools: http://www.mapistore.com/Outlook/Groupware http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Alec" wrote in message ...
