Default Sharing Contacts and Notes

I have shared my contact database with my assistant who manages my
appointments, creates tasks, updates notes and journal entries and composes
and receives emails to and from my contacts. However, when she does any of
this from her computer, i cannot see the changes on my computer. We are
running this on Exchange Server. Is there a way to do this? It is driving
me nuts!
Thanks,
Shane
